2 ocean in-water coaching sessions (in SoCal - San Diego or San Clemente)

• Wave Catching - Positioning, Timing, Drop In, Sprint Technique
• Getting Out Strategy and Techniques
• Pop Up Analysis and Technique Drills
• Guided Drill and Practice
• Practice Assignments for Continued Practice
• Annual access to Level 1 online course (will override any previous access you may already have) 

Schedule:

1. Virtual Session 1: Ocean Knowledge. Assignment to record dryland pop up and reverse pop up.
2. Virtual Session 2: Pop Up, Reverse Pop Up, Getting Out Strategy and Technique. 
3.  Virtual Session 3: Wave Catching 1 & 2 - Positioning and Timing.
4. Virtual Session 4: Wave Catching 3 - Drop In, Timing the Pop Up.
5. Ocean coaching sessions (San Diego or San Clemente) will be scheduled over the course of 2-3 days.

In-person and virtual sessions cancellation policy: This event is non-refundable.  We generally run regardless of weather. However, special circumstances can be discussed if a postponement is necessary due to poor conditions or weather on the scheduled ocean session dates.
